Tips for answering RFQ

Here are some tips for managing your RFQ bids better:

  1. Review the bid's details carefully before submitting a new bid – Remember that your bids are formal offers to the buyers therefore read them carefully and make sure no typo mistakes were made and that the offer suits the buyer's requirements. If needed you can make changes in your products and your bid within seconds.
  2. Communicate with the buyer – Try getting from the buyer any relevant information in order to make the correct offer.
  3. Response to buyers as fast as possible – Buyers appreciate fast response, and fast response also increase your chances to complete the deal. In order to do so, you can visit your account several times a day to check for updates or check your email frequently for automatics emails that will be sent when buyer replies.
